ingredients

  • 2 pizza dough
  • 1/2 cup cranberry jam
  • 8 slices of Dietz & Watson Brown Sugar Ham
  • 1 package of Dietz & Watson Pepperoni
  • 1 package of Dietz & Watson Prosciutto
  • 1½ cup shredded Dietz & Watson Champagne Cheddar
  • 1 wheel of brie
  • 1 cup shredded Dietz & Watson Mozzarella
  • 3 tbsp melted garlic butter
  • hot honey
  • parsley & rosemary, for garnish
  • grated Dietz & Watson Parmigiano Reggiano, for finishing

directions

  • Preheat oven to 375°F.
  • Slice off top rind of brie & place in baking dish.
  • Lay out dough & spread cranberry jam. Add cheddar, then layer with ham & pepperonis.
  • Roll each dough into a log. Add to a pizza pan or baking sheet with brie.
  • Top dough with garlic butter & mozzarella. Bake for 25–30 minutes, until golden brown.
  • Crisp prosciutto in a skillet until crispy.
  • Slice the baked rolls into even pieces & arrange as a wreath.
  • Top brie with prosciutto & hot honey. Finish with parmesan, parsley & rosemary🌿
