DIETZ & WATSON DISCLOSURE OF TRANSPARENCY IN SUPPLY CHAIN AND EMPLOYMENT

In 2021, Dietz & Watson, Inc. (D&W) updated its Code of Business Ethics and Conduct to reflect certain principles pertaining to corporate social responsibility that D&W has long adhered to, including prohibiting exploitation or abuse of children by anyone; physical punishment; compulsory labor; and unlawful employment discrimination.

Our Code of Business Ethics and Conduct establishes certain nonnegotiable minimum standards of behavior in key areas that must be met before D & W will enter into any business or employment relationship. Further, every employee and every supplier must certify that he complies with and will comply with all provisions of D & W’s Code of Business Ethics and Conduct and applicable law during his/her/its engagement with D & W.

D & W will not knowingly do business with or employ any individual or entity who does not at the inception meet and adhere to D & W’s Code of Business Ethics and Conduct.
