ingredients

  • 2 Small Heads of Boston Lettuce, torn into pieces
  • 8 slices Dietz & Watson™ London Broil Roast Beef, cut into 1 inch strips
  • 1 cup Dietz & Watson™ Crumbled Blue Cheese
  • 1 large tomato, cut into think wedges
  • 1/2 red onion, sliced
  • 1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil
  • 2 tbsp .balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tsp Dietz & Watson™ Dijon Mustard
  • 1/4 Kosher salt and black pepper

directions

  1. Divide the lettuce, tomato and onion into 4 bowls.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together the oil, vinegar, 2 teaspoons of Dietz & Watson™ Dijon Mustard, 1/4 teaspoon salt and black pepper.
  3. Drizzle over the salad.
  4. Top with Dietz & Watson™ London Broil Roast Beef strips and Dietz & Watson™ Crumbled blue cheese.
