  • 8 oz. Dietz & Watson Hatch Chile Turkey
  • 3 oz. Dietz & Watson Hatch Chile Cheese
  • 1/2 cup Spinach, wilted
  • 1/4 cup Red onions, julienned
  • 2 slices White bread
  • 2 Shishito peppers


  1. Layer your ingredients as follows: bread, spinach, Dietz & Watson Hatch Chile Cheese, Dietz & Watson Hatch Turkey, red onions, bread.
  2. Place the panini on a panini press for 5 mins.
  3. Take the shishito peppers on grills for 2 mins.
  4. Plate the panini with the peppers.
