cornucopia bites

cornucopia bites

ingredients

  • 2 packages Dietz & Watson Blends
  • 1 package prepared pastry dough
  • Fresh herbs: parsley, rosemary, sage
  • Whole cranberries
  • Aluminum foil wrap

directions

  1. Create a cornucopia mold to the desired size using aluminum foil. Try to start by creating a large cone shape, and turn the “tail” into a curve.
  2. Preheat your oven according to the package directions for the pastry dough. Prepare pastry by slicing into strips, and starting at the small end, cover the entire foil mold (including the bottom) aside from the front. This will create the hole to remove the foil later, and stuff with other ingredients.
  3. Bake until the cornucopia appears golden brown. Remove from the oven and allow to cool completely before removing foil.
  4. Stuff your cornucopia with Dietz & Watson Blends, cranberries, and herbs to show off the colorful, seasonal bounty!
