  • 1 thick slice of Dietz & Watson rum ham
  • 2 slices of Dietz & Watson Swiss Cheese
  • Dietz & Watson Steakhouse Pepper Mayo
  • 1 Hawaiian style roll
  • Sliced caramelized pineapple
  • Cilantro
  • Thin sliced onion
  • Thin sliced jalapenos (optional)
  • 2 tablespoons of Rum Ham braising liquid


  1. Grab your favorite Hawaiian style roll.
  2. Spread on some Dietz & Watson Steakhouse Pepper Mayo.
  3. Fold on a thick slice of Dietz & Watson Rum Ham, a few slices of Dietz & Watson Swiss Cheese, caramelized pineapple, cilantro, onions and peppers.
  4. Drizzle on some leftover braising liquid from the Rum Ham and enjoy!
