Nevermore is back in session! And what better way to celebrate than Wednesday-themed eats?

ingredients

  • Dietz & Watson Swiss Cheese
  • Dietz & Watson Honey Ham
  • Dietz & Watson Whole Grain Mustard
  • Arugula
  • Pineapple Rings
  • 3 tbsp salted butter
  • 3 tbsp hot honey
  • 1 tsp poppy seeds
  • Pink slider buns

directions

  • Preheat grill to 350 F and line a grill-safe pan with foil.
  • Spread Dietz & Watson Whole Grain Mustard on the bottom rolls and layer with Dietz & Watson Honey Ham and Dietz & Watson Swiss Cheese, place in the pan, spray a piece of foil with oil to prevent sticking, and cover.
  • Mix melted butter with hot honey and brush onto the top rolls, sprinkle with poppy seeds, and cover with foil.
  • Place both foil packs on the grill over indirect heat and cook about 20 minutes.
  • Open the foil tops and grill for another 5 minutes, until golden brown.
  • While sliders cook, oil grill grates and grill pineapple slices 2–3 minutes per side or until grill marks form.
  • Remove everything from the grill, assemble the sliders with pineapple and arugula, and serve warm.
