mother's day charcuterie

mother's day charcuterie

This Mother’s Day, give mom the gouda stuff (and meat, too).

ingredients

  • Dietz & Watson Prosciutto, 8–10 slices
  • Dietz & Watson Brie cheese wheel
  • Dietz & Watson Cheddar cheese, block or pre-sliced
  • Strawberries (mix in some chocolate-dipped and some fresh)
  • 1 cup Raspberries
  • 1 cup Blueberries
  • 1 sleeve of Round Crackers
  • 4-5 Rosemary sprigs (for garnish)

directions

  1. Slice Dietz & Watson Brie Cheese into a heart shape using a cookie cutter.
  2. Place the heart-shaped Brie on your board. Arrange round crackers beside it.
  3. Make prosciutto roses: Fold each slice of Dietz & Watson Prosciutto lengthwise, then roll it up from one end. Fluff the edges to look like petals.
  4. Cut Dietz & Watson Cheddar Cheese into thin rectangles or triangles. Stack them neatly, fanned out or in small rows.
  5. Add fresh strawberries to the board.
  6. Fill in open spots with clusters of raspberries and blueberries for color.
  7. Tuck rosemary sprigs among the fruit and crackers for a fresh touch.
  8. Finish with a few small flowers in any extra spaces.
  9. Now you have a charcuterie that’s beautiful, delicious, and ready to impress.
