bacon wrapped stuffed dates - champagne cheddar cheese

ingredients

1 pkg Dietz & Watson Bacon, cut into 11/2" strips

1/2 block of Dietz & Watson Champagne Cheddar - cubed

Dietz & Watson Cranberry honey mustard for light dipping

1 bag of pitted sunsweet dates

directions

  1. Preheat Oven to 350°-375° (depends on your oven).
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  3. Pull apart each date to open halfway. Set aside.
  4. Place a cube of cheddar in each date.
  5. Wrap each date with a piece of bacon, placing on baking sheet seam down.
  6. Bake for about 20 minutes. The bacon should be crisp, and cheese melty.
  7. Serve with Dietz & Watson Cranberry Honey.
