buffalo grilled grilled cheese

ingredients

  1. 2-3 slices of Dietz and Watson Buffalo Style Chicken Breast
  2. 2 slices of Dietz and Watson Buffalo Wing Cheddar Cheese
  3. 1 tomato sliced
  4. 2 slices of crusty Italian bread
  5. 3 tsp of butter
  6. buffalo sauce (optional)
  7. parsley (optional)

directions

  1. Spread butter on the outsides of 2 slices of bread. Assemble the sandwich on one slice (butter side down) starting with Dietz and Watson Buffalo Chicken Breast, slices of Dietz and Watson Buffalo Wing Cheddar Cheese, a few tomato slices, and a few more slices of the cheese to hold in the tomatoes. Top with the second slice of bread.
  2. Grill over low heat 3-5 minutes, flipping half way through, until bread is toasted and cheese is melted.
  3. Remove from grill and drizzle with buffalo sausage and parsley if desired.
  4. Let cool and enjoy!
