  • 1 Dietz & Watson Beef Frank
  • 1/4 cup diced potato
  • 1 tbsp chopped red onion
  • 1 tbsp Dietz & Watson Sriracha Aioli
  • 1 pinch shaved scallions
  • 1 brioche bun


  1. Grill hot dog until golden brown and stack on a brioche bun.
  2. Top with diced potato, onion, scallions, Sriracha Aioli.
  3. Sit back and watch the ball game.
