  1. Dietz & Watson Natural Uncured Bacon
  2. Dietz & Watson Sharp and Creamy Cheddar Cheese, pre-sliced
  3. Dietz & Watson Natural Applewood Smoked Uncured Ham
  4. Mini croissants

directions

  1. Start by preheating the oven to 350°F.
  2. Cook Dietz & Watson Natural Uncured Bacon in frying pan until crisp.
  3. While bacon is cooking cut mini croissants in half and layer slices of Dietz & Watson Natural Applewood Smoked Uncured Ham and Dietz & Watson Sharp and Creamy Cheddar Cheese on bottom half of croissants. Place cooked bacon and top with the other half of the croissant.
  4. Assemble croissant sandwiches on tray and cook in oven for 5 minutes or until cheese is melty. Make sure the croissant does not burn.
  5. Remove and enjoy!
  6. *you can make these ahead of time and keep them in the fridge wrapped in tin foil.
