  1. Dietz & Watson Natural Uncured Bacon
  2. Dietz & Watson American cheese, pre-sliced
  3. Pancake mix
  4. Eggs
  5. Strawberries
  6. Blueberries
  7. Salt + pepper to taste

directions

  1. Prepare pancake mix and make 8 mini pancakes.
  2. Fry Dietz & Watson Natural Uncured Bacon until crispy.
  3. Scramble eggs over medium heat, season with salt and pepper to taste. When the eggs are still a bit sticky, shape them into round patties that are the same size as the pancakes. Top each egg patty with a slice of Dietz & Watson American Cheese, cover the pan, and let them cook until the cheese is melted and the eggs are fully set.
  4. Stack your pancake sandwiches by placing an egg patty on a pancake, adding a couple of bacon strips, and then topping it with another pancake. Secure each sandwich with a skewer and a piece of fruit.
