  1. Dietz & Watson Classic Uncured Smoked Sausage
  2. Dietz & Watson Genoa Salami
  3. Dietz & Watson Sliced Pepperoni
  4. Dietz & Watson Italian Trios
  5. Dietz & Watson Mozzarella Cheese
  6. Cherry Tomatoes
  7. Rosemary
  8. Baby Spinach
  9. Toothpicks


  1. Slice Dietz & Watson Classic Uncured Smoked Sausage into 1/2-inch slices.
  2. Slice Dietz & Watson Mozzarella Cheese into squares 1 inch across and 1/2-inch thick, then slice off corners in a curve to create circles.
  3. Fold Dietz & Watson Genoa Salami in half and then thirds and slide on to a toothpick, fold a piece of spinach in half, and add to the toothpick. Add mozzarella cheese, smoked sausage, and a cherry tomato to the end of the toothpick.
  4. Don't worry too much about the order of ingredients, repeating ingredients, or if you can't fit every ingredient onto a single toothpick!
  5. Repeat with Dietz & Watson Sliced Pepperoni, Dietz & Watson Italian Trios, and the remaining ingredients.
  6. Once you have 15-20 toothpicks ready to go, begin arranging them around the outside of a circular cutting board or serving dish to create a wreath. Overlap toothpicks and place at different angles to make sure the outside ring of the dish is covered and ingredients are distributed evenly. (Depending on the size of your dish you may need more toothpicks.)
  7. Garnish with sprigs of rosemary.
  8. Serve immediately or cover and place in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
  9. Enjoy!
