- Dietz & Watson Smokey Chipotle Mayo
- Dietz & Watson Originals Oven Roasted Turkey
- Dietz & Watson Yellow Cheddar Cheese
- Large leaf lettuce (green leaf or butter lettuce)
- Tomato, sliced
- Avocado, sliced
- Parchment Paper
- Place parchment paper on cutting board, and layer 3 lettuce leaves on the edge of one side of the paper. Leaves should face the same direction, with slight overlap.
- Spread D&W Chipotle Mayo on to the lettuce, and layer on D&W Oven Roasted Turkey, D&W Yellow Cheddar Cheese, tomato slices, and avocado slices.
Roll the lettuce wraps tightly starting with the end closest to you, with the parchment paper as a guide. Halfway through rolling, tuck in the ends of the wraps into the middle and continue to roll tight.
Once completely rolled, cut the lettuce wrap in half, leaving the ends of the wrap with parchment paper in tact to keep wrap shape.
