football stromboli

ingredients

  1. 2 premade pizza dough balls
  2. marinara sauce
  3. 1 package Dietz & Watson Pepperoni
  4. 1 package Dietz & Watson Ham
  5. 1 package Dietz & Watson Genoa Salami
  6. 1 block Dietz & Watson Mozzarella Cheese, shredded
  7. 1 tsp fresh parsley
  8. 2 tbsp butter
  9. 2 cloves garlic, minced
  10. 1/2 tsp pepper
  11. 1 tbsp Italian seasoning

directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Roll out pizza dough on a lightly floured surface and cut both into the shape of a football.
  3. Arrange Dietz & Watson pepperoni, ham, genoa salami, and mozzarella cheese on top of one of the prepared pizza doughs.
  4. Place the other football pizza dough on top to line up with the base, cut from the center out on the left and right every inch or so to create slices, leaving about an inch in the center intact.
  5. Carefully twist each slice upwards.
  6. Melt butter, stir in garlic cloves, Italian seasoning, and pepper. Brush mixture over top of the finished stromboli.
  7. Bake for 15-20 min or until golden brown. Serve warm with marinara sauce for dipping!
