buffalo chicken nachos


  • 1lb Dietz & Watson Buffalo Chicken, chopped
  • 2 packages Dietz & Watson Buffalo Wing Cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 container Dietz & Watson Blue Cheese crumbles
  • 1 bag Yellow Corn Tortilla chips
  • 1 can Black beans, drained and rinsed
  • 4 Jalapenos, sliced
  • 1/2 Red onion, sliced
  • 1/2 bunch Cilantro
  • 1/4 cup Buffalo sauce


  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Arrange tortilla chips on a large parchment-lined baking sheet.
  3. Top chips with chopped D&W Buffalo Chicken, D&W shredded Buffalo Cheddar cheese and drained and rinsed black beans.
  4. Bake for 10-15 minutes or until cheese is melted.
  5. Remove from oven and top with sliced jalapeno, red onion, cilantro and D&W blue cheese crumbles.
  6. Drizzle with buffalo sauce, serve and enjoy!
