1/3 cup Dietz & Watson Originals Parmesan - grated
1/2 cup Dietz & Watson Mozzarella Cheese - grated
1 cup Dietz & Watson grated cheese of choice for topping
4 cups grated Zucchini
1 Egg
1tbsp Garlic Salt
1/2 tbsp Basil
directions
Preheat oven to 425.
Place zucchini in clean dish towel and squeeze as much water out as possible.
In a bowl combine zucchini, mozzarella cheese, parmesan cheese, egg, garlic, and basil. Stir to combine.
On parchment paper lay out mixture half and inch in thickness.
Bake for 12-15 minutes.
