- 1/3 cup Dietz & Watson Originals Parmesan - grated
- 1/2 cup Dietz & Watson Mozzarella Cheese - grated
- 1 cup Dietz & Watson grated cheese of choice for topping
- 4 cups grated Zucchini
- 1 Egg
- 1tbsp Garlic Salt
- 1/2 tbsp Basil
- Preheat oven to 425.
- Place zucchini in clean dish towel and squeeze as much water out as possible.
- In a bowl combine zucchini, mozzarella cheese, parmesan cheese, egg, garlic, and basil. Stir to combine.
- On parchment paper lay out mixture half and inch in thickness.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes.
