zucchini bread with cheese


  • 1/3 cup Dietz & Watson Parmigiano Reggiano - grated
  • 1/2 cup Dietz & Watson Mozzarella Cheese - grated
  • 1 cup Dietz & Watson grated cheese of choice for topping
  • 4 cups grated Zucchini
  • 1 Egg
  • 1tbsp Garlic Salt
  • 1/2 tbsp Basil


  1. Preheat oven to 425.
  2. Place zucchini in clean dish towel and squeeze as much water out as possible.
  3. In a bowl combine zucchini, mozzarella cheese, parmigiano reggiano, egg, garlic, and basil. Stir to combine.
  4. On parchment paper lay out mixture half and inch in thickness.
  5. Bake for 12-15 minutes.
