  • 1 pkg of Dietz & Watson Originals Italian Chicken Sausage
  • 1 pkg of Dietz & Watson Originals Asiago and Spinach Chicken Sausage
  • Dietz & Watson grated Pecorino Romano Cheese
  • 2 large heads of Broccoli
  • 1 bag of Cavatelli Pasta
  • 1/3 cup Olive Oil
  • 2 tbsp chopped Garlic
  • Salt, Pepper and Red Pepper flakes


  1. Boil pasta according to directions.
  2. Slice sausage and saute with oil until slightly caramelized.
  3. Combine pasta, sausage and cooked broccoli in large bowl and add oil, garlic and spices.
  4. Toss until coated and finish with Dietz & Watson grated pecorino romano.
