pepperoni pizza bites


  • 1 can refrigerated crescent rolls
  • 2 cups freshly sliced Dietz & Watson Buffalo Wing Cheddar, divided
  • 12 pieces of Dietz & Watson sliced pepperoni
  • 1 1/2 cups diced Dietz & Watson Buffalo Chicken Breast
  • 1/3 cup pizza sauce
  • 3 tbsp butter


  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees
  2. Roll out crescent dough and cut each triangle into 3 equal parts.
  3. Spray a mini muffin pan with cooking spray. Press a section of dough into the bottom of each muffin cup.
  4. For pepperoni bites: Place 2 pepperoni slices into each muffin cup, sauce and sprinkle 1 cup of cheese over the top.
  5. For the buffalo wing bites: Add butter in a small saucepan over medium heat until butter melts, stirring constantly. Add diced chicken. Place a tablespoon of the chicken mixture into the bottom of each cup and top with the other cup of shredded cheese.
  6. Bake all the bites for 10-12 minutes until golden brown.
  7. Cool slightly and serve, or cool completely and freeze.
  8. To reheat frozen bites, wrap loosely in a paper towel and microwave for one minute.
