pear salad with prosciutto

ingredients

  • 10 slice Dietz & Watson Prosciutto Di Parma, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup Dietz & Watson Crumbled Blue Cheese
  • 2 tsp Dietz & Watson Whole Grain Dijon Mustard
  • 2 large pears, thinly sliced
  • 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • Extra-virgin olive oil
  • Salt & Pepper

directions

  1. To make the dressing, whisk together the vinegar, mustard and olive oil, salt and pepper to taste.
  2. In a large bowl, toss the arugula with the thinly sliced pear and half of the dressing.
  3. Divide the salad between 6 bowls. Drape with thin slices of Dietz & Watson™ Prosciutto Di Parma and Dietz & Watson Crumbled Blue Cheese, then drizzle with the remaining dressing. Serve.
