mummy jalapeno poppers

ingredients

  • 12 jalapeños
  • 12 Dietz and Watson Bacon slices, halved
  • 4 oz Dietz and Watson Hatch Chili Cheddar cheese

directions

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  2. Halve jalapeños lengthwise, and remove all seeds and veins.
  3. Slice cheese into 1-inch rectangles and place into each jalapeño halve.
  4. Wrap each jalapeño with bacon and place on a sheet tray.
  5. Bake until bacon is crispy and peppers are tender, about 20 minutes.
