cajun chicken sausage with mango salsa

ingredients

  1. 4 Dietz & Watson Cajun Style Chicken Sausages
  2. 4 Brioche hot dog buns
  3. 3 large mangos, diced
  4. 1 red bell pepper, diced
  5. ½ cup diced red onion
  6. ¼ cup chopped cilantro, tightly packed
  7. 1 jalapeño, seeded and minced
  8. ¼ cup fresh lime juice
  9. salt, to taste

directions

  1. Mix diced mangos, bell peppers, onions, jalapeños, cilantro, lime juice, and salt together in a bowl to make salsa. Let sit for at least 10 minutes.
  2. Grill Dietz & Watson Cajun Chicken Sausage over medium-high heat for 8-10 minutes until slightly charred and heated through, rotate occasionally for even grill marks.
  3. When sausages are almost done, place brioche buns open face down on grill for 1-2 minutes, watch closely so they don't burn.
  4. Assemble sausages in bun and top with mango salsa.
  5. Enjoy!
