keto breakfast salad


  • 2 packages of Originals Apple & Chicken Smoked Sausage
  • 2 Poached Eggs
  • 3 cups Cherry Tomatoes, halved
  • ½ cup Red Onion, chopped
  • 2 Avocados, diced
  • ½ cup fresh Cilantro, chopped
  • ½ tbsp Sea Salt (to taste)
  • ¼ tbsp Black Pepper
  • 2 Lemons, juiced


  1. Cut D&W Chicken Sausage into slices.
  2. Over high heat, cook and stir sausage until brown on all sides and cooked through. Set aside to drain and cool.
  3. Combine the eggs, tomato, onion, avocado, sausage, cilantro, salt, pepper, and lemon juice into a large mixing bowl.
  4. Stir until the egg yolks and avocado become a little creamy.
