  • 3 slices Dietz & Watson Brown Sugar & Molasses Ham
  • 2 slices Dietz & Watson Originals rBGH-free Baby Swiss
  • 1 Poached Egg
  • 1 Sesame Bagel
  • 1 tsp Lite Mayo
  • 1 pinch Fresh Sprouts
  • 1/4 Sliced Avocado


  1. Bring saucepan of water to a rolling boil, crack egg into a bowl, and gently set the raw egg into the water. Reduce temperature and cook egg for three minutes. Spoon cooked egg out into a bowl.
  2. Slice and lightly toast a fresh Sesame Seed Bagel.
  3. Place a small amount of Lite Mayo on each piece of bread.
  4. Layer your sandwich as follows: bread, Dietz & Watson Baby Swiss, Dietz & Watson Brown Sugar & Molasses Ham, Sprouts, Avocado slices, poached egg, and bread.
