10 slices Dietz & Watson Santa Fe Turkey Breast, thin sliced

5 slices Dietz & Watson Pepper Jack Cheese

1 pint Pico de Gallo (5 plum tomatoes, quartered, flesh removed, diced, 1/4 peeled red

onion, finely diced, 1 jalapeno pepper, seeded, finely diced, 2 tbsp chopped fresh

cilantro, juice of one lime, 2 tbsp Dietz & Watson Hoagie Dressing, salt and pepper to taste/ mix all ingredients)

Bibb Lettuce

Slider rolls


  1. Slice slider rolls in half and place all ten rolls face up next to each other
  2. Spread condiments on slider roll bottom
  3. Layer on 1-2 slices of Dietz & Watson meat (folded in half, then in half again)
  4. Add toppings, distributed evenly over meat
  5. Add cheese
  6. Cover with slider top and skewer with a toothpick
