the Philly breakfast bomb

ingredients

  • 1/2 lb D&W Scrapple
  • 1 package D&W Thick Cut Applewood Smoked Bacon
  • 2 cups D&W C-Sharp Cheddar Cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 D&W Honey Cured Ham
  • 2 slices of rye bread, toasted
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 tbsp apple butter

directions

  1. Slice Scrapple into quarter-inch slices.
  2. Fry bacon and scrapple in a pan.
  3. Whisk eggs in a bowl.
  4. Mix ham and cheese into the whisked eggs.
  5. Scramble egg, ham and cheese mixture.
  6. Toast two slices of rye bread.
  7. Lightly spread apple butter over the toast.
  8. Stack scrapple, bacon and eggs onto one slice of toast and top with the other slice.
