ingredients

  • Dietz & Watson Originals Pre-Sliced Oven Roasted Chicken Breast or Organic Oven Roasted Turkey Breast, 3-4 slices
  • 5 large collard green leaves, stems removed
  • 1 large zucchini, noodles trimmed
  • 1 medium cucumber, noodles trimmed
  • 1/4 cup cilantro leaves
  • 1 large bell pepper, sliced thinly
  • 1/2 cup red cabbage, shredded
  • ½ cup creamy Almond Butter

directions

  1. Take 1 collard green leaf and lay out on a plate.
  2. Add a spoonful of Almond Butter and spread around leaf, leaving some room around the edges for rolling.
  3. Next, place the zucchini and cucumber noodles, cilantro, bell pepper slices, and cabbage to your liking.
  4. Layer on your preferred D&W Originals Pre-Sliced meats like Oven Roasted Turkey Breast or Oven Roasted Chicken Breast.
  5. With all ingredients on the collard green leaf, gently roll like a burrito.
  6. Slice in half, add toothpicks to help secure, and enjoy!
