st. patrick’s day corned beef & coleslaw sandwich

ingredients

5 thin slices of Dietz & Watson Traditional Corned Beef

2 slices Dietz & Watson Pre-Sliced Baby Swiss Cheese

2 tbsp of Russian dressing (or you could try our Gritty Sauce for a fun twist!)

1 pint of coleslaw

2 slices seedless or marble rye

directions

  1. Evenly spread Russian dressing on two slices of rye
  2. Place the thinly sliced Dietz & Watson Corned Beef on one slice of bread
  3. Place coleslaw over top of the corned beef, evenly distributed
  4. Place Dietz & Watson Pre-Sliced Baby Swiss Cheese on top of coleslaw
  5. Cover with remaining slice of bread, Russian dressing face down
  6. Slice in half and dig in!
