directions
Lightly toast 1 slice of rye bread.
While bread is being toasted, fry up a sunny side up egg. Top with salt and pepper to taste.
Once bread is lightly toasted, add a slice of Dietz & Watson Originals Sharp Cheddar Cheese and give it a quick broil in the oven, melting cheese.
Once melted, take toast out of oven and top with arugula and your sunny side up egg.
