rosemary ham, bacon, & goat cheese salad

ingredients

  • 2 cups Mixed Greens
  • 2 strips Dietz & Watson Originals Hickory Smoked Uncured Bacon, cooked and cut into 1/2 inch pieces
  • 2 slices Dietz & Watson Rosemary Ham, cut into 1/2 inch squares
  • 1/4 cup Red Onion, sliced thin
  • 2 oz Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1 oz Sherry Vinegar
  • pinch Salt & Pepper
  • 1/2 Lemon Juice
  • 6-7 Walnuts, cut into pieces
  • 2 tbsp Avocado puree
  • 2 oz Dietz & Watson Goat Cheese, rolled into 8 tiny balls

directions

  1. In large mixing bowl, combine everything except garnishes
  2. Toss and adjust seasoning as needed
  3. Drag one tablespoon (each) of avocado puree across your plates (2 plates)
  4. Divid salad mixture evenly on each plate
  5. Garnish with goat cheese and serve
