In a bowl, prepare honey Dijon pineapple
chutney sauce by mixing the two mustards
together and adding small pieces of pineapple
and the diced red onions.
Meanwhile, preheat oven to 300°. Remove ham
from package. Place ham flat side down on
roasting pan. Cover ham with foil to retain
natural juices. Bake 12 minutes per pound.
Place ham slices on a plate and drizzle
with sauce.
