turkey caprese sandwich


  • 16 slices Dietz & Watson Homestyle Turkey Breast
  • 16 slices Dietz & Watson Mozzarella, thickly sliced
  • 8 slices tomato
  • 4 Ciabatta rolls, split
  • Olive oil. Coarse salt and ground pepper
  • Fresh basil leaves


  1. Heat a grill or grill pan to medium-high.
  2. Brush split roll with oil and toast on the grill. Season the turkey with salt and pepper, brush with oil and grill until warm.
  3. Top with Dietz & Watson Mozzarella and allow the mozzarella to melt slightly.
  4. Layer mozzarella, and Dietz & Watson Homestyle Turkey Breast on bottom half of roll; add tomato and basil.
  5. Sandwich with top half of roll.
