mini pepperoni cheese pizzas

ingredients

  1. 3/4 cups Dietz & Watson Pepperoni Dietz Nuts
  2. 1 1/2 cups Dietz & Watson Mozzarella Cheese, shredded
  3. 8 flour tortillas
  4. 3/4 cups pizza sauce or marinara
  5. 1 teaspoon chopped fresh parsley or basil, optional

directions

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees°F. Lightly grease cups of a standard size 12-cup muffin tin.
  2. Use a cookie cutter to cut 2-3 rounds from each tortilla. Form each round to fit into the muffin cups.
  3. Add a teaspoon of sauce into the center of each tortilla round. Sprinkle Dietz & Watson Mozzerella Cheese evenly over top the sauce, then place Dietz & Watson Dietz Nuts Pepperoni, or your toppings of choice over top.
  4. Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until cheese is golden and bubbly. Sprinkle with chopped parsley or basil, if wanted.
  5. Let pizzas cool before removing from tin.
