hot n' honey roasted carrots


2 cups Dietz & Watson Bacon, chopped

1 pkg Dietz & Watson Originals Goat Cheese

4 lbs carrots, peeled

2 tbsp olive oil

4 tbsp Dietz & Watson Zesty Honey Mustard

1 tbsp of Sriracha or preferred hot sauce

Juice from ½ lemon

2 tbsp toasted pumpkin seeds


  1. Preheat oven to 450° and line baking sheet with aluminum foil.
  2. Toss carrots in olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  3. Place in oven-safe dish and bake for 30 mins, or until tender.
  4. In a separate bowl, mix honey mustard and Sriracha and set aside.
  5. Place chopped bacon into a heated pan and cook over medium-high heat for 8-12 minutes.
  6. Drizzle carrots with honey & Sriracha mix and place back in oven.
  7. Bake for another 5 minutes or until the sauce bubbles.
  8. Top with bacon, cilantro, goat cheese, and toasted pumpkin seeds.
