harissa chicken and chorizo salad


  • 1/2 cup D&W Harissa Chicken, julienned strips
  • 1/4 cup D&W Originals Chorizo, thin sliced medallions
  • 6 oz. Spring mix greens
  • 1/2 cup Cherry or grape tomatoes
  • 2 tbsp Dried peaches, chopped
  • 2 tbsp Lemon vinaigrette
  • 1 pinch Salt and pepper, to taste


  1. Place washed spring mix into a bowl and add tomatoes.
  2. Add the julienned Harissa Chicken and sliced Chorizo into greens.
  3. Sprinkle pine nuts, dried peaches, and top with lemon vinaigrette. Toss salad to ensure all ingredients are mixed in. Add salt and pepper to taste.
