ingredients

  • 1 package Dietz & Watson Black Forest Ham
  • 1 package Dietz & Watson Gruyere Cheese (shredded)
  • 1 package Puff Pastry (room temperature)
  • 3 tbsp Dietz & Watson Sweet & Zesty Honey Mustard

directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 F. Line a greased baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Lay out puff pastry and lightly coat using a brush with mustard. Top the puff pastry with Dietz & Watson ham and sprinkle Dietz & Watson Shredded Gruyere Cheese.
  3. Lifting the dough lengthwise begin to roll it up tightly. Cut the dough in 1 in pieces and lay out on the baking sheet.
  4. Brush the tops with mustard and place in the oven. Bake for 20-25 minutes or edges are golden brown and serve.
