ham & cheese egg muffins


  • 12 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup whole milk
  • 1/2 cup Dietz & Watson Cheddar, shredded
  • 6 slices Dietz & Watson Originals Organic Smoked Ham, chopped
  • 1/4 cup scallions, chopped


  1. Pre-heat oven to 350º and spray muffin tin with non-stick spray
  2. Crack and combine 12 eggs in medium bowl and whisk together
  3. Add remaining ingredients to bowl and stir until combined
  4. Divide the egg mixture evenly among the muffin cups
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until eggs are set
  6. Serve immediately or store in the refrigerator until ready to eat
