ingredients

  • 1 Dietz & Watson Originals Asiago & Spinach Chicken Sausage, seared and sliced
  • 3 slices of Dietz & Watson Originals Pre-Sliced Baby Swiss Cheese
  • 3 Egg Whites, scrambled
  • 1 cup of Baby Spinach
  • 1 large Tomato, seeded and diced
  • 1 Spinach Wrap, warmed
  • Garlic, Salt, and Pepper, to taste

directions

  1. Lay spinach wrap flat on non-stick pan over medium-low heat and layer on 3 slices of D&W Originals Pre-Sliced Baby Swiss Cheese.
  2. Once cheese is melty, remove wrap and place on cutting board.
  3. Add seared and sliced D&W Asiago & Spinach Chicken Sausage and cooked scrambled egg whites onto wrap.
  4. Finish assembling the wrap by placing baby spinach and diced tomatoes on top.
  5. Sprinkle with garlic, salt, and pepper, to taste. Wrap burrito-style, slice in half, and serve.
