cranberry pecan goat cheese balls


  1. 2 packages Dietz & Watson Cranberry Goat Cheese
  2. 3 cloves garlic minced
  3. 2 teaspoons honey
  4. ⅛ teaspoon ground pepper
  5. ½ cup chopped pecans
  6. ½ cup chopped dried cranberries
  7. ¼ cup chopped Italian parsley


  1. Combine Dietz & Watson Cranberry Goat cheese, garlic, honey, and pepper in a medium bowl and mix until well combined.
  2. Mix together the chopped pecans, dried cranberries, and chopped parsley in a medium bowl and mix until combined.
  3. Using a small spoon or teaspoon, roll two teaspoons of the goat cheese mixture.
  4. Press goat cheese ball into the nut mixture, coating both sides of the goat cheese as it flattens.
  5. Re-roll the goat cheese into a ball and if needed roll in the mixture again to coat more.
