cranberry goat cheese bites


  1. 1 package Dietz & Watson Cranberry Goat Cheese
  2. 1 box refrigerated pie crusts
  3. 8 oz. tub chive and onion cream cheese spread
  4. 1 large egg
  5. salt and pepper to taste
  6. ⅓ cup coarsely chopped walnuts
  7. dried cranberries to taste


  1. Preheat oven to 425 F. Spray 24 cup mini muffin tin with cooking spray.
  2. Unroll pie crusts and cut 24 2" circles. Place one circle into each well of the mini muffin pan.
  3. In a medium bowl, combine cream cheese spread, egg, and salt and pepper.
  4. Add 1 - 2 tsp. of cream cheese mixture filling into each pie crust.
  5. Bake for 10 - 12 minutes. Allow to cool in pan for 5 minutes before removing.
  6. Top each cheesecake with Dietz & Watson Cranberry Goat Cheese, top with dried cranberries around edge of goat cheese.
  7. Enjoy!
