spinach chicken sausage one sheet veggie pan


  • 1 package of Dietz & Watson Organic Originals Spinach Chicken Sausages, cut in half
  • 1 large yellow Zucchini, sliced
  • 1 Red Onion, sliced
  • 8 - 10 Small Red Tomatoes, halved
  • Scallions, sliced
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil


  1. Heat oven to 400ºF. Place the halved D&W Organic Originals Spinach Chicken Sausages onto the baking sheet, and roast for 15 minutes.
  2. Mix zucchini, red onion, and red tomato slices with the olive oil in a medium sized bowl to coat.
  3. Take the baking sheet with D&W Originals Asiago & Spinach Chicken Sausages out of the oven, and push to one side. Add the summer veggies to the pan and spread into an even layer.
  4. Roast until the D&W Organic Originals Spinach Chicken Sausages are browned and the vegetables are tender, about 15 minutes more.
  5. Once fully roasted, take pan out of oven and top with sliced scallions to taste, and serve.
