  • 1 slice per pretzel Dietz & Watson Mozzarella or sliced American Cheese
  • 1 bag Pretzel sticks
  • 1 bunch Chives


  1. Cut a 2 ½ inch circle of Dietz and Watson Mozzarella or sliced Dietz and Watson American cheese.
  2. Cut vertical slits halfway up the cheese slice.
  3. Tie a chive around the end of the cheese that is not cut to form the broom.
  4. Insert a pretzel stick on the end of the cheese for the broom handle.
