ingredients

  1. Dietz & Watson Genoa Salami
  2. Dietz & Watson Smoked Gouda Cheese
  3. Dietz & Watson Colby Jack Cheese
  4. Dietz & Watson Mild Cheddar Cheese
  5. Dietz & Watson Cranberry Goat Cheese
  6. 1 pear
  7. 15-25 Water Crackers
  8. 2 thin pretzel sticks

directions

  1. Cut a pear in half lengthwise and place one half toward the bottom of a circular cutting board or serving dish.
  2. Break one pretzel stick in half and one into quarters. Place longer pretzels at the bottom of the pear with shorter pretzels on either side for the "legs."
  3. Using Dietz & Watson Cranberry Goat Cheese create two small circles for the "eyes" at the top of the pear.
  4. Cut a small triangle of Dietz & Watson Smoked Gouda Cheese and place below the goat cheese for the "beak."
  5. To create the "tail feathers," start by cutting Dietz & Watson Colby Jack Cheese and Dietz & Watson Mild Cheddar Cheese into thin slices and arrange alternating slices around the outer top edge of the cutting board.
  6. Add crackers slightly overlapping with the outer layer of cheese.
  7. Fold Dietz & Watson Genoa Salami in quarters and place on board slightly overlapping the crackers.
  8. Cut Dietz & Watson Smoked Gouda Cheese into squares and add below salami.
  9. Cut 5 pieces of Dietz & Watson Cranberry Goat Cheese and place them around the pear.
  10. Serve and Enjoy!
