Ain’t no thing, but a buffalo wing (cheddar grilled cheese, that is). Get a taste of Buffalo wherever you are with this ooey, gooey, super-melty sandwich sensation.


  • Dietz & Watson Buffalo Wing Cheddar
  • Dietz & Watson Crumbled Blue Cheese
  • Buffalo Sauce
  • Chicken Tenders
  • Butter
  • Blue Cheese Sauce
  • Sliced Bread


  1. Toss chopped (cooked) chicken fingers with Buffalo sauce and set aside.
  2. Place one slice of D&W Buffalo Wing Cheddar on 1 half of bread and add the coated chicken.
  3. Drizzle ranch dressing on top and add D&W Blue Cheese crumbles.
  4. Add another slide of D&W Buffalo Wing Cheddar and place the remaining piece of bread on top. Butter the outside of the sandwich.
  5. Place the buttered sandwich in a medium-size cast-iron skillet or panini press and cook on medium heat.
  6. Let the sandwich cook on each side, until the bread has a golden crisp and all the cheese has melted; about 5 to 7 minutes.
  7. Once the sandwich is done cooking, remove from heat and let sit for 1 minute.
  8. Slice, serve and enjoy with a side of blue cheese sauce for dipping!
