1 pkg D&W Buffalo Chicken sausage
1/4 cup D&W Blue Cheese, crumbled
4 slices D&W Bacon
1/2 Red Onion- sliced
Shredded Iceberg Lettuce
D&W Sweet Red Pepper Aioli
2 tbsp Olive Oil
Slice sausages into 1/2 inch thick rounds and saute on stovetop with 2 tbsp of olive oil until warmed through. Remove from pan.
Cook 4 slices of D&W Bacon until crisp and finely chop.
Thinly slice 1/2 of a red onion and set aside.
Warm a corn tortilla in a microwave for 5-10 seconds.
Add shredded lettuce, sliced sausage, bacon and red onion.
Top with D&W Sweet Red Pepper Aioli.
