breakfast grilled grilled cheese

ingredients

  1. 2-3 pieces of Dietz and Watson Uncured Bacon
  2. 2 slices of Dietz and Watson Pre-Sliced Horseradish Cheese
  3. 2 eggs
  4. 2 pieces of sourdough bread
  5. 3 tsp of butter
  6. salt and pepper to taste
  7. spinach

directions

  1. Grill 2-3 pieces of Dietz and Watson Uncured Bacon on medium-high heat until cooked through, set aside.
  2. Whisk 2 eggs in a small bowl and season with salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Add ½ tablespoon of butter to a hot skillet and spread to coat pan evenly. Pour whisked eggs into the skillet and scramble.
  4. Butter the outside of the bread slices. To your first slide of bread add: scrambled eggs, Dietz and Watson Horseradish Cheese, spinach, and bacon, top with second slice of bread.
  5. Place your sandwich on the grill, over low heat, and close lid to melt the cheese.
  6. Grill 3-5 minutes or until cheese is melted, flipping halfway through.
  7. Remove from grill, let cool, and enjoy!
