bacon & peppadew cheddar sandwich


  • 5 Slices of Dietz & Watson Bacon (cooked)
  • 4 slices of Dietz & Watson Originals Applewood Smoked Ham (pre-sliced)
  • 2 slices of Dietz & Watson Peppadew Cheddar (thinly sliced)
  • 1 tbsp of Dietz & Watson Sweet Red Pepper Mayo
  • Herr’s Jalapeno Kettle Chips (about 8 chips)
  • 1 Fried Egg
  • 1 handful of Arugula Greens
  • 1 Sesame Bagel (toasted)


  1. Preheat oven at 375 degrees.
  2. Place Dietz & Watson Bacon on a foil lined baking sheet and cook in oven for about 22 minutes, until crispy.
  3. Evenly spread Dietz & Watson Red Pepper Mayo over both cut sides of the toasted bagel.
  4. Fry egg in a skillet over medium heart. Sprinkle with salt & pepper and place Dietz & Watson Peppadew Cheddar Cheese over egg while cooking and cover with lid to melt cheese.
  5. To assemble the sandwich, break the bacon in half and place over one of the bagel halves. Fold up the pre-sliced ham and place on top of the bacon.
  6. Place the egg on top of the ham and layer the Herr's Jalapeño Kettle Chips over the melted cheese.
  7. Place the fresh arugula on the other half of the bagel so it sticks and close the sandwich.
  8. Use 2 picks to keep sandwich closed, slice in half and enjoy.
