bacon lovers turkey club


  • 6 oz - Dietz and Watson Bacon Lover Turkey
  • 3 slices of Bacon
  • Quick Pickled Tomatoes:
  • 1 tsp Thyme
  • Rosemary
  • 1 tbsp Vinegar
  • 1 tsp Sugar
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 2 - Dill Pickles
  • 4 oz. -DW Cheddar Cheese with Bacon
  • 2 tbsp.- Steakhouse Pepper Mayo
  • ¼ cup- Julienne red cabbage
  • 1- Julienne Greenleaf lettuce
  • 3 slices- Fresh Sourdough Bread, lightly toasted.


  1. Lightly toast three pieces of fresh sourdough bread.
  2. Place a small amount of Steakhouse Pepper Mayo on two of the piece of bread (add a little extra for some added heat).
  3. Prepare pickled tomatoes by mixing thyme, rosemary, vinegar, sugar and salt together. Drizzle sauce over tomatoes slices.
  4. Layer your sandwich as follows: bread, DW cheddar cheese with bacon, Dietz and Watson Bacon Lover Turkey, pickles and cover with a slice of bread with mustard.
