3 easy cheesy toasts

ingredients

  • Dietz & Watson Sriracha Chicken, sliced
  • Dietz & Watson Jalapeño Cayenne Cheddar Cheese, sliced
  • 2-4 slices of Pumpernickel Bread
  • 1 avocado, sliced
  • Red Cabbage, shredded
  • Cilantro
  • Crema
  • Dietz & Watson Rosemary Ham, sliced
  • Dietz & Watson Goat Cheese
  • 2-4 slices of Whole Grain Country Harvest Bread
  • Honey
  • Fresh Rosemary
  • Dietz & Watson Peppadew Cheddar
  • 2-4 slices of Sourdough Bread
  • Peppadew Peppers, thinly sliced
  • Basil
  • Basil Oil

directions

  1. Starting with the Sriracha Chicken Toast, set your oven or toaster oven to broil.
  2. Place 1-2 slices of D&W Jalapeño Cayenne Cheddar per slice of bread.
  3. Broil or toast until cheese has melted (about 5 minutes).
  4. Remove from oven and top with sliced D&W Sriracha Chicken, avocado, cabbage and cilantro.
  5. Drizzle crema over the top, serve and enjoy!
  6. Next up, for the Goat Cheese & Rosemary Ham Breakfast Toast lightly toast bread in toaster or toaster oven.
  7. Spread D&W Goat Cheese onto the toast and fold 1-2 slices of D&W Rosemary Ham on top.
  8. Lightly drizzle with honey and garnish with fresh rosemary.
  9. The final toast is Cheesy Peppadew Toast and let's start with making the Basil Oil: add 1 cup of olive oil and 1 large handful of basil with the stems removed to a food processor or blender. Quickly pulse and then squeeze through a cheese cloth over a bowl or measuring cup. Reserve oil for garnishing.
  10. Place 1-2 slices of D&W Peppadew Cheddar Cheese per slice of sourdough bread and toast in a toaster oven or place in an oven set to broil. Toast until cheese melts.
  11. Top with sliced peppadew peppers, thinly sliced basil and drizzle with basil oil.
